◎品種チロソについて
アンティオキア地方で主に栽培されている新しい品種です。
まだ他の一般的なコーヒーの品種と比べて広く知られているわけではありませんが、ユニークな特性を持つ品種として徐々に人気が出始めています。
◎精製方法 ウォッシュド ロングファーメンテイションについて
このチロソの熟したチェリーのみを集めて、172時間ほど水を張ったタンクに入れ発酵させます。その後ウォッシュドの工程を踏み、乾燥機とサンドライを並行して乾燥工程をおこなっています。

This coffee is characterized by its elegant floral taste and long-lasting honey-like sweetness.
This coffee was introduced to us by Prism Coffee Works, a roaster in Korea, using an unusual refining method.
◎About Chiloso
This is a new variety grown mainly in the Antioquia region.
It is not yet as widely known as other common coffee varieties, but it is gradually gaining popularity as a variety with unique characteristics.
◎Refining Method Washed Long Fermentation
Only the ripe cherries of this chiloso are collected and fermented in a tank filled with water for 172 hours. The cherries are then washed and dried in a dryer and a sundryer in parallel.
